I started my lifestyle, health and wellness journey with food and nutrition more than 40 years ago. I love cooking, interior design, oil painting, swimming, tennis, skiing, entertaining, nature- the simple things in life give me the greatest pleasure.

Now it’s time to share, how this can benefit you to becoming your best self through a fulfilled lifestyle.

First, I started by looking at how we nourish our bodies, the 12-Day Lime and Soda Club healthy eating program was created to reset, relive and restore your body and mind with nutritious food, vibrant delicious meals, with no added sugar or fat, for a lighter, brighter, and more energised self. The focus is on nutrition, health and wellbeing. Then what lifestyle means and how affects us everyday, what makes us happy and fulfilled to love life and squeeze the lime out of it!

My approach is about what you gain, not what you give up: 

  • Start with a refreshing reset: Swap sugary drinks, caffeine and alcohol for the ultimate hydrator—plenty of crisp water and our signature drink Lime and Soda. For better hydration, brighter skin and more energy.

  • Then learn about nutritional confidence: The perfect harmony of lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and fruit and vegetables, for essential vitamins and minerals. We supercharge every meal with a fresh squeeze of lime to awaken the palate, nourish the skin and boost digestion, transforming cooking from a chore into a creative form of self-care, boosting personal confidence, achievement and self worth.

  • The Zest for life: Cooking great food is part of the lifestyle journey, but is our space a sanctuary for our busy lives? Is our the dinner table where we relax, slow down and enjoy conversation with friends and family? Or do we need to declutter our environment first. Meal times aren’t just "nice to have"—they are social superfoods. Science consistently shows that these meaningful social bonds don't just make us happier; they actually lower stress, strengthen our immune systems, and add vibrant, purposeful years to our lives. When we share a table, we don’t just feed the body—we nourish the soul.

Lifestyle the way nature intended

Lime and Soda Club main focus is to prioritising lifestyle, health, nutrition and wellbeing, for you to personally flourish in life.

The most important thing is to have fun in life be it through food in your environment, through everything you do. At Lime and Soda Club you can learn to create colourful nutritious and delicious meals, get the taste buds going, in your happy space.

The declutterred environment creates a great space to work, social or entertain.

To complete the 12 day healthy eating program you will need to want to reset, restore and revive your body from the inside out. You will also need some specialist equipment including a masticating juicer, spiralizer, handheld liquidiser and a determined mind set. We all have different metabolism with other factors as individuals, maybe you will lose more, who knows, unless you try, but don’t be disappointed if you lose less, we are all different.

The key is to eat the amount that suits you, recipes have generous portion sizes but depending on you, eat the amount you feel satisfied with.

Calories are calories however many we eat. How much exercise we do is another factor.
