Sign up
When you have signed up and joined, enjoy a weekly online group cookery class to keep you on track and focused.
Classes are held from Monday 5th January 2026. On Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays either 11.00-12.00 or 17.00-18.00.
Your meal for 2 people will be ready to eat at the end of our online group cookery class.

Log in
For optimum benefits log in and book an your online group cookery class every week.
You will receive an email of ingredients to purchase beforehand, a list of equipment, and a link for joining the class.
Get set
The online zoom link will open 5 minutes before - cooking will start promptly on the hour.
Join us weekly with other likeminded members who want to enjoy healthy food, cook the natural way, with no added fat or sugar.
As a member you will keep focused in either weight loss, weight management or simply delicious healthy food the Lime and Soda Club way.

What’s not to love!
You will need a functioning kitchen and equipment with internet connection to open the zoom link on your phone, tablet or laptop to join the fun.
This is no ordinary diet health and wellbeing club at the Lime and Soda Club you pick a time that suits your schedule.
Either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
11.00 - 12.00 or 17.00 - 18.00.
Your meal for two will be ready to eat straight after the class, but if you are cooking for more, just buy more ingredients.
All classes are paid and booked for one week in advance so you have something to look forward to all week, but feel free to cook with us more than once a week if you want, we would love to see you.

Print at home your A4 recipe to add to your file for every session you attend, we emailed you one week before your online cookery class starts a shopping list and equipment required for your class.

You can loss weight without taking the challenge, I wanted a kick start my weight loss and prove if we change the way we eat, weight loss will come.
To complete the 12 day challenge you will need a masticating juicer, spiralizer, handheld liquidiser, a clean kitchen, general cooking equipment and a determined mind set for a new you. We all have different metabolism with other factors as individuals, maybe you will lose more, who knows, unless you try, but don’t be disappointed if you lose less, we are all different.
