These Terms and Conditions apply to goods and services supplied to you – including www.limeandsodaclub.co.uk (“our Website”)
Please review these Terms & Conditions before requesting goods or services, including annual membership, online cookery sessions and other purchases. Ensure that anyone registered for an online cookery session is aware of and has read these Terms & Conditions beforehand. These Terms specify your rights and the Conditions for using goods and services. By submitting a request, using goods and services, or providing consent, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into a contract. Check order details and correct any errors before submission.
Additionally, review our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for information about data collection, usage, and your associated rights and options. Other relevant Terms may apply If participating in competitions or prize promotions, offers or promotions, which can be withdrawn at any time and are subject to availability.
By booking an online cookery session with Lime and Soda Club you agree that:
Attendance at the online cookery sessions is limited to one person, unless special permission is given via email consent.
Online cookery sessions are exclusive to paying guests.
Persons aged 15–17 may join our online cookery sessions if assessed and approved by the Lime and Soda Ambassador, with email conformation. They must be accompanied by an adult.
When you book an online cookery session, we’ll email you the ingredients, equipment list, and preparation guidelines. You must provide these items yourself. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, rescheduling, or compensation if you are unable to meet these requirements.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that any ingredients purchased for online cookery sessions suit your health needs, are safely handled, and are free from allergens if required. Always check ingredient labels to avoid anything you are allergic to.
Participants are required to prepare all necessary ingredients in advance, ensure that all fruit and vegetables are washed and equipment from the list is clean and ready to use. It is recommended to organise ingredients and equipment to be easily accessible not in cupboards but ready to go.
When booking an online cookery session, participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical requirements, such as appropriate software and sufficient internet speed, to attend. Refunds, exchanges, rescheduling, or technical support will not be provided if a participant is unable to attend or fully participate in an online cookery session due to technical difficulties.
Participants agree to share their screen with camera and microphone on, with the Lime and Soda Ambassador and other members online at the cookery session.
Please log in to your online cookery session on time. To ensure everyone's safety, we will begin with a brief health and safety overview covering the proper use of knives, hobs, ovens, and other potentially hazardous equipment.
Participants who arrive after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to attend their cookery session. In accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy outlined below, refunds are not available for late arrivals.
Participants will wear your clean Lime and Soda apron, we recommend flat shoes that cover your toes, no jewellery, ideally no nail polish or false nails and hair tied back where necessary. (any physical contamination is at your own risk- Lime and Soda Club are not responsible for physical contamination on online cookery sessions)
If you become unwell within 48 hours before your session, our standard cancellation and rescheduling policy still applies (see terms and conditions). If you cannot attend a cookery session, you may send someone else in your place by emailing admin@limeandsodaclub.co.uk at least one business day in advance, we will need the person taking your place name, email address and telephone number, and conformation the person joining the sessions is over 18 years old.
Conformation you have permission to share another person's information, register them for online cookery session, and that all registered participants have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, privacy policy, and cookies policy.
Participants agree to follow all hygiene and safety procedures. While we provide health and safety guidance, your wellbeing during online cookery sessions is ultimately your own responsibility, and some risk is involved.
Alcohol is not allowed at these classes. Participants may have a glass of Lime and Soda, or another soft drink, ready at the beginning of the online cookery session.
Lime and Soda Club may request permission to photograph or film you during online cookery sessions, use your name and image, and edit the content for their website, social media, and marketing.
Participants may be asked to leave an online session if behaviour is disruptive or posing a health and safety risk or if we suspect that you are under the influence of alcohol or an illicit substance or are engaging in inappropriate behaviour which could be dangerous to yourself or other members in your household. We have the right to inform the police if we feel you or anyone in your household is at risk. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in those circumstances.
Please follow all instructions for preparing, storing, reheating, cooking, and serving meals. Refer to the Food Safety Guide in your recipe file as needed.
We accept no responsibility, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or causes of action that may arise in connection with the preparation, storage, re-heating, or consumption of food following your session. This includes any injuries or damages sustained by you or any individuals affiliated with you or your household, whether directly or indirectly resulting from participation in our online cookery session.
Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for your sessions.
These terms do not exclude our liability for personal injury, death caused by our negligence, or other losses that cannot be excluded by law, including the protection of your personal information.
These Terms and Conditions are not intended to impact your statutory rights as provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Bookings and cancellations for public sessions and individuals:
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is necessary to receive a full refund or to reschedule sessions without additional charges.
If you give less than 7 days’ notice due to unforeseen events or illness, a 50% rescheduling fee may apply.
Lessons cannot be rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice
Food Allergy Policy
Online cookery sessions, you hold primary responsibility for preventing the inclusion of allergens and ensuring that all food prepared for yourself, household members, or guests is free from substances that may trigger allergic reactions.
You are solely responsible for managing allergy and dietary needs when consuming food from online cookery sessions; we do not accept any responsibility.
Terms and conditions for memberships, products and gift vouchers for Lime and Soda Club

You can buy vouchers or gift certificates for online at www.limeandsodaclub.co.uk or by emailing admin@limeandsodaclub.co.uk
All annual memberships, vouchers or gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Retain your receipt as proof of purchase if you have any queries. Responsibility cannot be assumed for lost or stolen voucher codes.
The receipt and voucher/gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient or buyer within 24 hours of your order. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder and contact us at admin@limeandsodaclub.co.uk
For inquiries about your voucher balance or expiry date, please contact us at admin@limeandsodaclub.co.uk
If your purchase is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for future use on our online cookery sessions or products at www.limeandsodaclub.co.uk
We do not issue change or refunds for partially used vouchers.
To use a voucher or gift certificate, input the unique code into the designated field on the checkout page of the Website.
You can cancel a voucher or gift certificate within 14 days of purchase by contacting us, as per your statutory rights. If you have not used the voucher to book a session or buy goods before cancelling, we will refund its full value within 14 days to your original payment method. If part of the voucher has been used, we will only refund the remaining balance unless you choose to return any purchased goods.
Accuracy of information and availability of our website
We aim to keep our website accurate, current, free of bugs, and accessible without interruption. However, we cannot guarantee continuous availability or suitability for any specific purpose. Any use of the information provided on our website is at the user's own discretion and risk. The operation of the Site may be suspended or terminated at any time as determined necessary.
Our content is for your enjoyment and to inform you about our products, services, and related topics. It does not constitute nutritional, technical, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
Our website may include links to third-party sites for your convenience. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content or terms. Advertisers are solely responsible for their materials on our site, and we disclaim liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in their content.

These Terms were last updated on 01/10/2025. We may update them anytime, and where the law requires, we will seek your consent before you access our products or services. Each version of our Terms is filed, but only the current terms are shown online, so please retain a copy when contracting with us.
